Using Food Fotos is a great way to improve your eating habits. Here's a summary of how it works and how to use it.

How it works

Take pictures of everything you eat and drink. At the end of each day, review your pictures and rate how healthy you ate. That's it!

By personally reviewing how healthy your food was, you must reflect on your choices. Tomorrow, you'll think twice before sneaking a snack, and you'll build healthy habits.
